Ingredients: 
1.5 cups of freshly squeezed orange juice (freshly squeezed will contain more vitamin C than juice purchased from the shop) 
2 tbsp lemon juice 
1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger 
2 tsp raw honey or Manuka honey 
1/2 cup water 
5 tbsp gelatin (I used @gelproaustralia ) 

1) Juice the oranges 

2) Finely grate the fresh ginger and add it to a small saucepan with 1/2 cup water. Simmer with the lid on for 3-5 minutes. Then set aside and allow it to cool
