I kept this as a photo reference because it shows extremely clear step-by-step photos regarding how to construct and drapr the giant puffy skirt we saw earlier. Evidently, there is a long base layer of fabric that likely serves to protect the wearer from tripping or getting her feet tangled up in the many layers of fabric. But after that, layer upon layer of what appears to be organza fabric is sewn on in order to create that extreme fullness.
