Having comfort on the ball & playing quick is important for soccer players. Especially younger players. How long should I practice for?

My answer is:

I used to practice until my mum threatened to ground me at least 3 times over because my dinner was going cold 😅… that’s normally a good time frame

There’s no limit to how long you can practice your technique

The more time you put in and train in the ‘right’ way, the better you’re going to be!!

So don’t think bout time, just enjoy mastering the ball and doing what you love so you can express yourself with ease when performing in front of 80,000 people 🏟️
