  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli, powder (or to taste)
  • 1 Chilli flakes
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 1/2 Lemon, Juice of
Baking & Spices
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 Salt & pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
Nuts & Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 2 large slices Of toasted sourdough (or bread of choice)
  • 1 X (400g) canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed)

  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Baking & Spices
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Salt & pepper
  • 1 Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Oils & Vinegars
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 9 tbsp Parmesan, grated
