We’ve been using some laminated tags for the past 10 years and decided to share the idea. You can make them cutesy, with a tag-shaped puncher and metal grommets like I am here, but you can also just cut out designs and use a hole puncher. Can I speak to as to whether these are actually more “environmentally friendly” seeing as I’m melting plastic around them? No, I cannot. However, they are fun to make and hold up really well, so if you’re into that, now you have the idea! Dry erase markers make it a cinch to swap out the recipient next year.
