This ooey, gooey molten chocolate upside down cake is a self-saucing wonder that I need you to try because it’s reminiscent of one of my FAVORITE desserts growing up—the famous Chili’s Molten Chocolate Cake.

Ingredients:
1 cup gluten-free all purpose flour (I used @bobsredmill)
1 3/4 cup coconut sugar, divided
2 tablespoons raw cacao powder, divided
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons avocado oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup boiling water

Instructions:

This is the dessert I’ve been making all summer and we really can’t get enough! If I had to choose my favorite kind of dessert it would definitely be a chocolate lava cake <3

It’s super easy to throw together and takes only 20 minutes! Plus I love that it’s the perfect little portion for two people so you can split it OR have one big serving yourself (It’s so good you probably won’t want to share anyways 🤭) You guys are going to loveeeeee this here’s the recipe 🫶🏼

Ingredients:
-3oz high quality chocolate (I love @ghirardelli)
-3 tbsp butter

-1 egg
-1 egg yolk
-3 tbsp sugar
-dash of vanilla
-pinch of salt
