My version of the viral "Tomato Feta Pasta". I added chicken and olives (because they're like my favorite thing in the world. It's seriously ridiculous how many olives this family eats!) I cooked it in my Instant Pot, first cooking the tomatoes and feta under the air fryer lid, then adding the rest of the ingredients (including the noodles! I pretty much cooked it all together!) for a super-easy, super-fast, but super-flavorful dinner.
