Montessori art shelf idea - I've had this creative activity waiting in the draw so when Eva brought me her paints this morning I thought it was a perfect opportunity to introduce her to stencils. I encouraged her to look at the colours of the animals and assisted when needed. She learnt the word 'stencil' and really used her observational skills during the activity.
