Why is it so hard for women to say NO? A child may say Daddy or Momma as their first word, but hands down NO is typically in their top 5. Let us learn from the children that NO is an answer and came before YES, so stop over “Yessing” as this is what becomes so stressing! Women, we try to please all, but forget to add ourselves to the list. Today practice saying NO so you can do what you need or want first.
