Eating the rainbow preschool

Students will learn how to make a food rainbow craft that will challenge them to eat foods from every color of the rainbow. They will learn the health benefits of each color group.

This week we started discussing healthy eating, as next week the entire school will participate in "Healthy Schools" week. We spoke about the Food Guide and what it meant to "eat a rainbow".
