1. Pick a shirt 2. Cut sleves off 3. Cut bottom off 4. Cut about 1/2" strips all the way around 5. Pull strings gently 6. Take two strings and knot together all the way around 7. Take two sections you knotted and knot one of each together all the way around 8. Your done , enjoy :)

I just took a T-shirt from American Eagle, and I cut the neck hole out straight across. The I folded the back of the shirt into two, and made about 1 inch slits all the way down. After that, I stretched it out so the back would roll up and it creates this edgy look!
