Something cool just happened. I was crocheting another tiny mouse from the pattern I posted yesterday and at the same moment my son was showing me a worksheet of christmas lights he colored at school. A light bulb went off...literally! The crochet "mouse" I had in my hand also made the perfect shape for Christmas

So this was my attempt at making some crochet lights for the shed :-) all that was needed was a few balls of parcel string, some battery LED's and patience. Most of the flowers are different as I couldn't decide on one to repeat. Unfortunately I made this once and turned it on only to find the lights didn't work so had to pull it all down and start again on different lights. So this is the eventual outcome. I love them. Needless to say, they will not be living in the shed!
