Living in a tiny house doesn't mean you have to give-up style. Photographer Josh Gibson and his interior designer wife, Michelle Prentice, weren't looking to downsize when the small outbuilding behind their home came on the market in Beaufort, South Carolina.
This is another one of those tiny house designs that are meant to save you space in such a small area. This living area features a makeshift bunk bed with a landing leading up to the top bunk. This gives the top bunk person a little bit of their own space while not taking any away from the person using the bottom bed. There’s still plenty of room for other furnishings and it won’t make the place seem too crowded.
More than 4 billion people live in urban areas globally. It’s now projected that by 2050, more than two-thirds of the world population will live in urban areas. So no wonder we pay more importance to the buildings and structures around us.
