Easy Beef Burrito Casserole. Ground sirloin. Small onion chopped. I garlic clove minced. Brown and drain. Add 1 tsp cumin, quarter tsp oregano, 1 can chili beans, 1 can enchilada sauce, 1/4 cup Parmesan, mix together . Coat baking dish with a little olive oil. Fill 8 tortillas sprinkling a little cheddar inside, lay the filled burritos in pan cover with cheddar jack cheese. Cover with foil, bake 20 minutes at 350. Uncover and bake 15 min more.
