This weekend has proven to be a letdown in the bear making department, so I decided to take a break and make something for my bird feeders! I have a couple hummingbird feeders that were hanging from my tree with red ribbons. The ribbons faded and it looked terrible. I was going to take a trip to the store and buy some hangers but as I was doing laundry, I decided to try to make my own from a couple Dry Cleaner's hangers. It was so simple and they turned out great! Here is a picture tutorial…

Finally a squirrel proof feeder! You will need an 11' 4x4 post w/chamferred corners, an 8' post sleeve and cap, 2 large and 2 med. decorative hangers. Set the post 3' in cement. Once set, slide on the sleeve and place cap on. Attach large hangers near the top. The bottom edge of the smaller hanger should be 2' from the top of the pole. #birdfeeders #birdseed #birdfood #birdfeedingstation #wildbirdscoop Gardening, Outdoor, Backyard Birds Feeders, Bird Feeder Station, Bird Feeder Poles, Squirrel Proof Bird Feeders, Backyard Birds Sanctuary, Bird Feeder Hangers, Diy Bird Feeder
