Condensed Milktart 1 Tin Condensed Milk, 3 cups water, 6 tbsp Maizena, 2 eggs - yolk & whites seperated, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tsp vanilla essence, Tennis biscuits. Heat condensed milk in water. Mix Maizena with little water & mix with mil. Stir mixture until thick & remove from heat. Add egg yolks (beaten) & boil until done. Add butter & essence. Layer tennis biscuits in dish & pour over mixture. Sprinkle cinnamon over. Cool down & serve.
