I've always wanted to make an Abalone Shell Sun Catcher with one of the many Abalone Shells I have. A lot of the projects in my mind get pushed to the bottom of the list, but I managed to carve bits of time here and there and finally completed it! Be sure it's clean I had an idea of what I wanted it to look like and just kind of winged it.I receive them cleaned, but did give a gentle scrub with toothpaste and toothbrush.
