This is a portrait study I did based on a Illustration by Meybis Ruiz Cruz (https://www.artstation.com/artwork/8lawZq). At the beginning, I intended to make only a sculpture on zBrush, but I ended up getting excited with the geometrical shapes and style from the original art. Therefore, I decided make a Render using Blender.
Face simplification. In this project I apply the technique of stylization and simplification. Timothée Chalamet is perfect for this type of exercise, as he has sharp lines on his face, very strong and unique features such as slightly drooping eyes, extremely evident chin and cheekbone lines, his hair is also a strong point... these these are the characteristics that must be taken into account when choosing a face to style.
