It's a shame I didn't bring my white trench coat *sigh*
Haha! My wedding will technically be a winter wedding (it's going to be cold!) so we need to think about anywhere from 30-50 degrees. This hot cocoa bar is kinda fun. It would be rather cheap and something warm and delicious when it's cold outside.
So for color schemes Lucas and I decided NO red or yellow but we do both like blue, green, and orange. I remember my friend Juan's wedding and his color theme was mint green, chocolate brown, and white. I really loved it but of course I don't want to just copy him :( so Lucas and I like variations of blue, green, and orange. We think it would be wise to choose one of the above colors and accent it with grey, chocolate brown, black, white, etc. I think Erica is best at these things!
Empanadas! Lucas' mom makes the best empanadas arabes and empanadas criollas around. I really want empanadas, they're just like the sandwiches de miga due to their appetizer status. They're served before the main meal.
Sandwiches De Miga: I think this is a must-have for pretty much any party. You can get ham and cheese, vegetarian, or a variety with green olives in it. It's something you can pre-order from a store but I def think we'll be serving this!
