French Onion Pasta
15min · 2 servings What you need: • 2 onions, sliced thin • 2 tbsp ghee or butter • 1/2 tsp salt • 2 cloves minced garlic • 3 tbsp coconut aminos • 4 cups beef broth or veggie broth if preferred • 12 oz gluten free farfalle • 1 cup shredded Gruyère or Swiss cheese Heat ghee over medium high heat in a large skillet. Add sliced onions and salt and sauté, stirring often, for about 30 mins until browned and caramelized. Add in garlic and coconut aminos and stir, scraping up the brown bits. Pour in the beef broth and pasta and stir. Cook over medium heat for 10-12 mins, stirring often, until the pasta is cooked through. Add in the cheese and stir. Serve topped with parsley and enjoy•
