Our clothes don’t have to end up in a landfill. If clothes are made from natural fibers, they can be composted at the end of their life. These biodegradable fibers include such materials as cotton, wool, hemp, bamboo, silk, tencel, linen, jute, and vicuna. Keep in mind that even clothes made from biodegradable materials may not be completely compostable. The clothes you’ll find at Harebell Sustainable Shop are all made of consciously sourced materials with the environment in mind.
