Elsa shoes! Take an old pair of heels and cut out your own design for the top portion. Then: sand down the shoes to take off the protective coat, and do no less than 2 coats of acrylic paint. After that, mix together Mod Podge and the color glitter you want and apply a thick coating. Follow up with one more coat of plain Mod Podge to seal everything in.
