This is a made to order item. I can make this block to accomodate any amount of knives. The more knives the higher the cost. It is made mostly from red oak with cherry front and back pieces and walnut accents. It is very large and heavy and will hold one ten inch knife and steel, 2 nine inch knives, 2 eight inch, 2 seven inch, and 3 six inch knives as well as a pair of scissors. I had two of these, but I broke one. The rack is 16 inches wide and about 5 inches high. The magnets are embedded from the backside via a dadoe channel, which I then refill with a tight fitting piece of walnut. Mounts with two screws, hardware included. Sealed with all natural food grade butcher block oil.
