DIY nail soak for longer, stronger nails
1/4 cup orange juice (preferably freshly squeezed)1 clove chopped garlic1/4 cup olive oil Directions: In a bowl, mix orange juice with the garlic and soak your nails for about 15 minutes.Then, rinse your hands and soak them for 15 minutes in olive oil.Do this 2-3 times a week, and within 2 weeks you’ll already notice a difference.Your nails should be much stronger and they’ll also start to grow!

So many OTHER ways to use gelatin that have nothing to do with cooking…and everything to do with BEAUTY! How To Prevent Hangnails: Do a nail soak. If you are prone to hangnails, try soaking your fingers in a rich oil like jojoba or coconut oil. Drench the nails in oil to really hydrate them. Then wrap your hands in hot towels (You can heat towels in the microwave or just soak them in hot water!) to lock in moisture. Do this once a week to keep hangnails at bay.
