My cake tends to fall in the center as some of the posters have mentioned. I tried baking in a 9x9 pan and it helped, but still sank a little. Made these alfajores today and they turned out A-MAZING! They are so soft and flaky, the absolute perfect texture :-) I will definitely be making these again, and again, and again :-)
