Geno G Mora Chili Con Carne

2 lb pork roast cubed small, 1/4 cup red chili powder, 1 yel onion diced, 2 cloves garlic diced, 1 tsp salt, 4 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp flour, 4 to 5 cups of water. Saute meat in oil with other ingredients in lg pan on med heat for 5 min. Then slowly add flour & water and cook for 5 more min making gravy. Then turn the heat down to simmer for 30 minutes or use crock pot for a few hours. ( Back in the day Grandma Mora would use dried meat). Good red chili is bright red.
