Ingredients: 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each) 2 cups cooked jasmine or sushi rice 1 avocado, sliced 1 cup shredded carrots ½ cup sliced cucumber 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sriracha 1 tbsp honey 1 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp sesame seeds 2 tbsp chopped green onions Optional: Pickled ginger and seaweed strips for garnish Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix soy sauce, sriracha, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a small bowl. Brush mixture over salmon fillets and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until flaky. Assemble bowls by dividing rice, carrots, cucumber, and avocado. Place cooked salmon on top. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions over the bowl. Add pickled ginger or seaweed for garnish if desired.
