Gluten free crepes- potato flour (about cup) (I use Ener-g Potato Starch Flour) millet flour (about cup) pinch of salt 2 cups whole milk 3 eggs 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted and cooled pinch of salt cup light beer (or club soda or cider)
Super simple vegan crepes with just 3 ingredients - flour, almond milk and coconut oil (Had to use some extra soy milk to thin the batter and added some vanilla and maple syrup. Doubled the recipe and only got 7 crepes. Awesome recipe though!
