A Professional Learning Community (PLC) is a group that is formed in schools in order to improve the school. It can be any type of group related to education. For example, similar grade teachers, content area teachers, committee's, etc. These groups share common goals to better their schools as a whole.

These are documents guiding the beginning of the PLC process. Also included are questions that guide PLC meetings to focus on student learning and assessment.
