Gluten Free PB2 Cookies: 1 Cup PB2, 1/3 Cup Almond Milk, 1/2 Cup Almond Flour, 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds, 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder, 4 tsp Brown Sugar (closer to 55 kcal with reg. almond milk and real sugar).
