Mini frittatas: Batir 7 huevos y 2 cucharadas de leche con sal y pimienta.  Engrasar un molde para muffins en 12 piezas.  Añade el relleno como: guisantes con menta fresca, queso de cabra, champiñones, bacon, queso rallado, tomates cherry , pimientos y verter el huevo. Hornear 15 a 20 minutos en el horno a 180 ° C, dejar que se enfríe un poco antes de sacarlo del molde.
