You never feel a hurt and pain inside yourself as you do when you lose a parent.

Saying this as we Lost my Dad on and now losing my Mom is a empty feeling of having both gone.

It's never easy to lose a parent. How you cope may not have anything to do with how old you are and everything to do with the fact that loss at any age is hard.

Saying Goodbye Is Never Easy

nourishing words for people in pain

What we'd give if we could say "hello Dad", in the same old way to. Hear your voice, see your smile, to just sit with you & chat awhile. So you who have your Father; Cherish him with care for you'll never know the heartache till you see his vacant chair.

This covers alot.... from an illness, losing a parent or love one, to divorce or break up.
