The Ruined Map by Kobo Abe I love collaged book covers because they give it a much more personal feel. I really like the overlapping of the title and the author's name, and the colour scheme make it look old and worn (matching the 'ruined' title).

The quadrant in the upper right hand corner - layers and type. Bright colors without being flashy or young.

John Gall, has a new site up and running. John is a designer with an incredible stylistic range — I love how he is so able to design for such a variety of titles and narratives.
