David Murray Weddings Journal: Emily + Matt |St. Anns and Laudholm Farm Wedding

Ann's, Kennebunkport, Maine Reception: Laudholm Farm at the Wells Estuarine Reserve Coordinator: B rooke Sheldon of Lilybro.

We did not want our guest to have to stare at our tools/lawn equipment so we ended up wrapping the entire garage with rolls of plastic table clothes. A staple gun was used to secure the plastic to the ceiling and again at the bottom of the wall. Then we finished off the look with streamers and tissue paper puffs. The total cost for this project was less than $20. The end result turned out looking like a fun circus tent! Far better than we had imagined.

Garage to temporary dining room! Needed more room for thanksgiving dinner! 2 car garage - not emptied - seated comfortably 24 - could have been more with longer tables. Used "curtains" to hide everything. Curtains were bulk sheets from Amazon - using safety pins attached to 97c shower curtain rings which were hung on leftover bamboo from the garden attached to the ceiling with zip ties and screw eyes. Decorated with icicle lights. Centerpiece was a hula hoop wrapped in icicle lights.
