Why must the changes in life hurt? I understand that it is necessary but why must it kill me every time.

Be kind and gentle to yourself. Give yourself a break. Feel hard and be grateful for those feelings, embrace them. Then try and laugh :)

Self control is power

Self-Control is power. Remaining calm and proper/professional while others are spinning out shows your stength that you are above them on the higher road.

Exactly. I get so frustrated about this sometimes. You will always be a victim, and you will never see what you did to us.

That's true ,BUT you can push them away and avoid them , if they insist to continue their actions SCREW them up. You can't change people, but actions have consequences.

Your feelings are valid. You have every right to feel whatever emotion you want. You aren’t being dramatic. You aren’t over exaggerating. You’re feeling. And that’s okay.

A PNM wants to know that she is not alone in her feelings. Validation is key when counseling a PNM. This should be done early in the conversation.

So true especially when you get different (new) symptoms every day and doctors pass you along as they font know what to do with you. So frustrating and lonely.
