Heres an interesting thought to those of you who might be concerned with blood pressure, sugar levels, cholesterol, and/or gluten intolerance. There are some lengthy excerpts from the book to explain. Seems to make sense and help me.
I get annoyed when I see people doing these for the wrong reasons or for days at a time and hurting themselves. Ran yesterday worked out tonight. Need to cleanse well before I start plus no more smoking (yuck I know)
