Little Namaste Yoga Warmups...especially like this: Name Twists & Swirls- This is a great ice breaker when trying to get everyone familiar with the names of their fellow yogis. It’s a combination of seated twists or body circles from a seated position with saying yogis’ names.  For each movement, say a syllable of a person’s name. For instance, if you were saying the name Deanna, when you say “De” you twist to one side, “an” twist to the other side, “na” twist to the other side again.
