Ribs i just made tonight  rubbed in pork spice, let sit for an hour. put in foil with 1/4 cup water and tightly sealed after brushing with bullseye bbq sauce.  cooked for 3 hrs low heat.. took out and mopped more bbq sauce on for 2o min more cooking time... fall off the bone yum !
