'Ombrella' Silk Tree (Albizia julibrissin 'Ombrella' ['Boubri' Ombrella]), this spreading, flat-topped cultivar of a deciduous, summer-blooming tree found naturally from Iran to Japan has more intensely coloured flowers than either the species or its natural variety, rosea. Also, the foliage is a little darker and the leaf stems are red-tinted.
