TOMATO CHUTNEY RECIPE
This is the best chutney we have tried ever. Ingredients used are- Oil Half cut tomatoes Salt- A pinch Cover and cook the tomatoes from both the sides. Peel off the skin of tomatoes. Some oil Garlic cloves- 4 pcs Roast the garlic cloves well Now in a bowl- Roasted tomatoes Roasted garlic Mash both the things nicely! Onion- 1 medium size Green chillies and fresh coriander Red chilli powder and salt to taste Lemon juice of 1 lemon Mix well and our tomato chutney is ready!
