Lady Ragnely's Momma made some decoupage jewelry back in the 70's using wrapping paper, a tablespoon or teaspoon of plaster of Paris and crackling or clear acrylic paint. The one on the right has a small safety pin embedded in the back and the one on the right has a hole drilled for a jump ring. We recently discovered Momma still has some of the original wrapping paper! These are from Holly Hobbie and Betsey Clark Hallmark wrapping paper.
