Lady Ragnely's Momma made some decoupage jewelry back in the 70's using wrapping paper, a tablespoon or teaspoon of plaster of Paris and crackling or clear acrylic paint. The one on the right has a small safety pin embedded in the back and the one on the right has a hole drilled for a jump ring. We recently discovered Momma still has some of the original wrapping paper! These are from Holly Hobbie and Betsey Clark Hallmark wrapping paper.

The year letter appears to represent 1909. does not appear in Tom Lawson's book on Horner's work, but there are a few quite similar pieces on pg 65.
