Maz and Clemente by Les Banos

Les Banos was the long-time team photographer for the Pittsburgh Pirates. A retrospective of his work from the early 1970s focusing on the great Roberto Clemente is going on at the Pittsburgh Regional History Center. I think the photos there were amazing and I focused on this one because Bill Mazeroski (on the left) was my mom's all-time favorite player while Roberto (on the right) was mine. Arribe Arribe.
