Lumbar rocks: 20 reps each side, 3-5 secs then rest position then 3-5 secs the other side 

Cobra pose: 25 reps and stay 3-5 secs in the cobra position you should feel it in your low back then in the start position face on the ground and repeat. 

Spine stretch: 25 reps, help to decompress the spine and discs.

💪 Don't forget: While rest is important for healing, make sure you're not sitting on the couch all day. Low-impact exercise, such as walking, swimming or simple stretching, promotes healing and increases blood flow. If you don't move at all, the muscles around your spine may stiffen or weaken, which worsens low back pain.
