Whether you're a beginner or have been training for a while, this exercise is one of my favorites and is a game changer. ✨Set up with shoulder width apart, hinge at the hips and grab challenging kettle bells. As you row, Keep your hips back and down throughout the movement, don't let them rise or sway. Allow your upper body to rotate and open slightly as you row the weight up .Focus on driving your elbows back towards your hips not up.
