Emotional eating isn't eating only because we're depressed. It can also be because we're overwhelmed, because we've had a tough bedtime struggle with our kids, or because we want to reward ourselves for tackling the hard stuff in life.
I'm done wasting my time on people who don't care another person feels. I will personally take that silence as betrayal. Or honestly that I hate you for the rest of my life kind of thing. And that is why I say nothing, its the only thing I can do.
