Add bangs. Draw face with marker. Blush cheeks. Cut 15" x 8" semicircle from oak tag. Hold at center of straight edge and overlap sides to form cone with slightly open top and base about 51⁄2" diam. Staple or tape side closed. Trim edge if necessary. Cut same shape 9" long from from rice paper.
