Surely, you know that feeding with cartoons is a bad idea, but many still practice this method, and if not cartoons, then rhymes or songs, toys, boxes, ladles on the table to occupy baby's hands and, most importantly, the baby’s brain. The main goal is to divert the child to foreign objects /sounds/pictures because it seems to the mother, that the baby opens her mouth with pleasure and eats. And of course, refuses to eat without cartoons.
