Honey Pork Breakfast Sausage Patties
INGREDIENTS: 1 lb ground pork 1/4 C honey 3 cloves of garlic, crushed 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp chopped or grated onion 2 tsp freshly grated ginger 1/4 tsp dried sage 1/4 tsp dried thyme Dijon mustard (optional) METHOD: combine all ingredients with a stand mixer or with your hands.
