Croissant S’mores

Summer and s'mores go perfectly together. Over the last 11 years, I have shared a baker's dozen of different s'mores recipes. And while they are all pretty tasty, I think these Croissant S'mores are my current favorite. I'm the type of person who likes lots of topping options, so I included the traditional chocolate bars and marshmallows, along with raspberries, blackberries, Nutella, and blackberry preserves (somehow I forgot to add peanut butter!) And how cute are these telescoping roasting sticks my mom found? I can't wait for our next cookout at my in-law's house with all of our family, I'm going to volunteer to bring the s'mores ingredients! What's your favorite type of s'mores?
