Crab taste like a very delicate fish, with a subtle sweetness. And slight brine. Its faintly fishy with a touch of salt. And sweet. The sweetness surprised me the first time I had crab. It tastes like the ocean. Like a briny breeze on a hot summer day. Crab tastes like butter, cause your gonna dip that in a lot of butter. It doesn't need anything except what it was cooked with. I can eat crab until I have to poke it down with a stick.
